Though I grew up on
Vancouver Island, I have now been in Vancouver for over 12 years and
there is no other place that I
would rather be. I have also been lucky enough to call Kitsilano home
for the majority of my time in Vancouver. I love the proximity to the
water, the easy access to recreational activities, the multitude of
great shops and restaurants, and, most of all, the persuasively friendly and laid back attitude of the
neighbourhood.
My
belief as a Realtor is that there is much more than just neighbourhood
knowledge and property details to share with a client. Commitment,
communication, strategic planning, cutting-edge marketing and hard work
are vital components to a successful real estate transaction and I
strive to bring an abundance of all of them into each new client
relationship. My previous experience in the engineering and construction
fields adds a tremendous amount of value for my clients and, through
joining forces with Ben Chimes, I am also able to offer the latest
technology and marketing strategies that are vital in today's market. At
the end of the day, it is my promise to bring a higher quality of
service to my clients.
I
strongly believe in giving back, be it through volunteering with the
Big Brother's of Greater Vancouver, donating a portion of each
transaction to the BC Children's Hospital or just lending a helping hand
to a neighbour. When I am not working, you will find me running along
the Seawall, flying down the ski-hill, hitting the gym for Crossfit
or lounging around one of the many fabulous coffee shops in Kits.
