After a few of the last minute hiccups we experienced last week, our Vancouver townhouse renovation is finally complete and on the market! It was a ton of fun and we are really happy with the way it turned out. It got listed for sale today for $638,000 and first showings will be at the open house on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 2-4pm. If you want to check it out, the address is 960 W 13th Ave. Now, as you have so patiently followed along for the past month watching this renovation unfold, there is no way I'd make you wait until then to see it....
